No, but I will do a short review first to confirm I can support it responsibly. If the codebase is in a state where I cannot, I will say so rather than take the fee.
What if I need more than 2 hours in a month?
Extra hours are quoted at a reduced rate for plan clients, agreed before the work starts. Nothing is billed by surprise.
